GRADE LEVELS: 6th to 8th grade

SESSIONS: Mondays 5:15-6:15 pm at CSI Gym

COST: $150 per athlete for all 4 sessions

INCLUDES:

  • 4 in-person sessions with Coach Janae Richardson (CSI Head XC/Track Coach) that include a value lesson, speed/endurance development, video analysis form assessments, running form correction/cues, and core strength training

  • 4 mini workout/growth assignments for athlete to complete on their own or with family
