10 weeks of Training: Monday June 2 - through Saturday August 9

3 tiers of weekly mileage training plans offered

Daily recommended workouts and pace recommendations based on goal race times

Running Form Tips/Drills 

10 week Strength Training Program for runners

(Highly Recommended) In-person group run or workout session once a month facilitated by Coach Richardson; workout feedback and instructions for upcoming month’s workouts; questions answered; acountability and social opportunity to connect with other runners in area; or monthly group video call with Coach Richardson if don’t live close enough to make in-person workout
