A complete 13 week summer training program (June-August) of Training

Training options tailored to your experience level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced mileage plans

Daily running workouts with recommended paces and effort guidelines based on individual race goals

A progressive 13 week strength training program designed specifically for distance runners, including: core workouts, strength and weight lifting workouts 

Running form instruction, drills, and efficiency-focused training tips

Digital training log to track progress

Exclusive access to the Evergreen Running High School Strava Club to connect with TEAMmates, build accountability, and stay motivated throughout the summer
