  • A complete 13 week summer training program ( June-August)

  • Training options tailored to your experience level:

    • Beginner

    • Intermediate

    • Advanced mileage plans

  • Daily running workouts with recommended paces and effort guidelines based on individual race goals

  • A progressive 13 week Strength Training Program designed specifically for distance runners, including:

    • Core workouts

    • Strength and weight lifting workouts

  • Running Form instruction, drills, and efficiency-focused training tips 

  • Digital training log to track progress

  • Exclusive access to the Evergreen Running High School Strava Club to connect with TEAMmates, build accountability, and stay motivated throughout the summer
