FALL SMALL GROUP SESSIONS - 4 weeks - KIDS 3rd to 5th Grade

*Max Class Number = 12

GRADE LEVELS: 3rd to 5th grade

SESSIONS: Tuesdays 4:15-5:15 pm at CSI Gym

COST: $100 per athlete for all 3 sessions

INCLUDES:

  • 3 in-person sessions with Coach Janae Richardson (CSI Head XC/Track Coach) that include a value lesson, speed/endurance development, form assessments, running form correction/cues, and core strength training

  • 3 mini workout/growth assignments for athlete to complete on their own or with family

  • Mini race experience

  • Tuesday October 7 

  • Tuesday October 14

  • Tuesday October 21

  • Saturday October 25 or Tuesday October 28
