GRADE LEVELS: 3rd to 5th grade
SESSIONS: Tuesdays 4:15-5:15 pm at CSI Gym
COST: $100 per athlete for all 3 sessions
INCLUDES:
3 in-person sessions with Coach Janae Richardson (CSI Head XC/Track Coach) that include a value lesson, speed/endurance development, form assessments, running form correction/cues, and core strength training
3 mini workout/growth assignments for athlete to complete on their own or with family
Mini race experience
