10 weeks of Training: Tuesday June 2 through Saturday August 9
3 tiers of weekly mileage training plans offered
Daily recommended workouts and pace recommendations based on goal race times
Running Form Tips/Drills
10 week Strength Training Program for runners (core workouts and weight lifting workouts)
(Highly Recommended) In-person workout session once a month facilitated by Coach Richardson; workout feedback and instructions for upcoming month’s workouts; questions answered; accountability and social opportunity to connect with other runners in area; or monthly group video call with Coach Richardson if don’t live close enough to make in-person workout
